Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using isitforme.tech. See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using isitforme.tech ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
isitforme.tech provides ephemeral, hosted instances of open-source software ("Trials") for evaluation purposes. Trials are time-limited and run on dedicated infrastructure for the duration specified at checkout. The Service is not a permanent hosting provider.
3. Trial Terms
Each Trial begins upon successful provisioning of your instance and expires after the duration specified at purchase (default: 5 days). You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before expiry. We will send reminder emails before expiry, but are not responsible for data lost due to failure to export.
4. Payment and Refunds
Trial fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except in cases where provisioning fails entirely. If your instance fails to provision successfully, you will receive a full refund automatically. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: (a) host or distribute illegal content; (b) conduct attacks against other systems; (c) send unsolicited bulk email; (d) violate the terms of any third-party service; (e) circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to terminate instances that violate these terms without refund.
6. Data and Privacy
Instances are deleted at expiry with no residual data retention on our end. We have infrastructure-level access to instances for operational and security purposes but do not access your data for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
For tools requiring third-party credentials ("BYOK"), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use those credentials and that their use complies with the relevant provider's terms of service. Your credentials are stored only within your instance and deleted at expiry.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or suitability for any particular purpose. Hosted trial instances are for evaluation only and should not be used for production workloads.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, isitforme.tech's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Trial. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
